Popular with young people

The study also shows that only 26 per cent of consumers know in advance what they are going to buy. Four out of ten let themselves be surprised and decide on the spot. Almost seven out of ten people shop both during and outside peak times.
The impact of Black Friday goes beyond one day. In the week around Black Friday, the number of online transactions increases by around 50 per cent, from 3 million to 4.5 million per week. This year, Black Friday will take place on Friday 29 November.
