Brosella Festival promises a vibrant weekend of music performances in Brussels
This Saturday and Sunday, the annual Brosella Festival returns to Brussels with an exciting lineup of local and international talent.
Held in Osseghem Park near the Atomium, the Brosella festival has been a staple of the Brussels cultural scene since 1977. Urban, ethno, jazz and other unique genres blend together to create different musical styles and traditions at this event.
Among the notable performers this year are Oumou Sangaré, a renowned Malian singer and songwriter known for her powerful voice and socially conscious lyrics. Kara Jackson, a rising star in the folk and jazz scenes will also perform. TaxiWars, a band that combines elements of jazz and rock with a modern twist, also takes the stage. Other acts include the eclectic Flat Earth Society, the innovative Naissam Jalal, the experimental John Ghost and the vibrant M.CHUZI. Belgian acts like Ão, Ntoumos and Farfar showcase the best of the local music scene.
