Club Brugge to face PAOK in Conference League quarter-final
Club Brugge will meet Greek side PAOK in the quarter-finals of the UEFA Conference League next month. The names were drawn on Friday afternoon in Nyon, Switzerland. Club Brugge are the only Belgian team left in European competition, having qualified with a decisive 3-0 win over Norwegian side Molde.
Club overcame a 2-1 deficit with a decisive 3-0 win over Molde on Thursday night. The victory meant a lot to the team, said manager Ronny Deila. "There are not too many players in the squad who have played in a European quarter-final before," he said. "We have worked hard and sacrificed a lot to get here."

The team last reached the quarter-finals of a European competition nine years ago. If they beat PAOK, they will meet either Czech side Viktoria Pilsen or Italian side Fiorentina in the semi-finals. They would be the first Belgian side to reach a European semi-final in 31 years.
Also on Thursday night, Union Saint-Gilloise, the other Belgian team in the Conference League, were knocked out by Fenerbahçe. The Brussels club beat the Turkish side 1-0, but it wasn't enough to overturn a 3-0 deficit from the first leg.
