Royal de Luxe's giant dogs parade through Antwerp
Two giant dogs created by French street theatre company Royal de Luxe were paraded through the streets of Antwerp on Friday. The installations are being showcased as part of the Zomer van Antwerpen festival.
The colossal bulldog Bull Machin is the latest member of Royal de Luxe's giant family. It took 29 people to operate the 4.4 m giant as he walked through the streets of Antwerp. Around midday, Bull Machin crossed paths with Xolo, a Mexican hairless dog. The two dogs continued their journey through the city centre together.
Royal de Luxe has presented its creations all over the world, and this is the fifth time the giants have visited Antwerp. The dogs will also roam Antwerp on Saturday and Sunday. The exact routes are being kept secret.
