Zelensky invites Belgian PM to Kyiv and plans visit to Brussels

Belgian prime minister Bart De Wever had a telephone conversation with Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky on Tuesday afternoon.
During their exchange, which was originally scheduled for last week, both leaders expressed their gratitude and support. De Wever reiterated Belgium's position as outlined during Monday's summit, while Zelensky extended an invitation to visit Kyiv, an offer that De Wever will consider at an appropriate time, VRT NWS reports.
Zelensky also indicated that he is likely to be in Brussels next week to attend the European Council on 6 March. He will hold a bilateral meeting with De Wever.
